Robert Filgo, DVM

Small Animals - Cardiology - Pain Management


Dr. Filgo is a 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In the spring of 1995, Dr. Filgo and Dr. McLeod founded All Creatures Animal Care Center in Madison, Mississippi. Dr. Filgo has special interests in cardiology and small animal pain management. He is a past president of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and past Delegate representing Mississippi in the AVMA. He is currently the chairman of the Legislative Committee for the MVMA. He is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, and the Dean’s Council representing the Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Filgo currently sits on the Board of Veterinary Medicine for Mississippi, representing the Central District. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Courtney, and their 3 daughters, Wesley, Wenston, and Willa.

Glynn McLeod, DVM

Large Animals - Reproduction - Equine Dentistry


Dr. McLeod is a native of Rankin County and is a 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, he completed a 1-year internship at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. McLeod then traveled to Australia, where he spent 3 years as a clinical instructor at the University of Queensland School of Veterinary Science. In 1992 he returned home and began doing relief work for local veterinarians as well starting his own mobile mixed animal practice.


In the spring of 1995, Dr. McLeod and Dr. Filgo established the All Creatures Animal Care Center in Madison, Mississippi. Dr. McLeod is a general practitioner who has special interests in large animal medicine, small and large animal reproduction, and equine dentistry.

Amanda Camp, DVM

Small Animals - Reproduction - Endocrinology - Soft Tissue Surgery


Dr. Camp earned her Bachelor of Science in microbiology and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University. Joining All Creatures in 2000, she became a partner in 2004. Driven by a passion for animals, her expertise lies in reproduction, endocrinology, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. She was recognized as Young Veterinarian of the Year in 2007 by the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA), and she currently serves as the Representative at Large for the MVMA. She is also a devoted mother of two (Miriam and Herren) and is an active member of the Chapel of the Cross Episcopal Church. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and any outdoor activities.

Lauren B. Glenn, DVM

Small Animals - Oncology


Dr. Glenn is a long-time resident of Madison, MS, and a graduate of Madison Central High School. She and her family have been clients at All Creatures for some time and were actually one of Dr. Camp’s first clients after Dr. Camp graduated from vet school. She started working at All Creatures in the kennels as soon as she could drive until she moved to Starkville to pursue her undergraduate and veterinary degrees. She studied Animal and Dairy Sciences and Religious Studies at Mississippi State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2018. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022.


She and her husband, Thomas, then moved to Madison, where she started working at All Creatures as an associate veterinary in June of 2022. She has been happily married to Thomas since 2018.

Kristen Chisolm Hipp, DVM

Dr. Hipp obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2019 from Mississippi State University before getting her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from MSU's College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined All Creatures directly out of school. When she externed here, she was immediately drawn to the atmosphere and support staff! ACACC provides above-standard care for pets in all aspects of medicine, surgery, and general care with highly trained certified veterinary technicians and a long-standing AAHA certification. This has allowed her to provide exceptional care for her patients. 

Lyndsay Summers, VMD

Small Animals - Dermatology - Internal Medicine


Dr. Lyndsay Summers joined All Creatures in 2009. She is originally from Pennsylvania, graduating from The University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School in 2006. Prior to working in Mississippi, she was an associate veterinarian at mixed animal practices in both North and South Carolina. Dr. Summers’s favorite veterinary areas of interest include dermatology and internal medicine, and she loves seeing both cats and dogs. In her free time, Dr. Summers and her husband, Matt, are avid adventure racers. She also enjoys CrossFit, reading, cooking and driving her three boys to and from all their sporting practices and events.
